Education, training and management activities were examined from different perspectives and the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of our center were evaluated in line with the corporate goals of our university.

Strengths of our Center

We have strong communication channels to follow the cultural relations of the Turkic world.
We have a strong academic staff on the Turkic world, language and culture.
Full access and access to resources and publications in this field is provided.
Our personal and academic relations with the Turkic world are sustainable at a high level.

Weaknesses of our Center

Our center does not have a budget as a unit.
Academic studies affiliated to the Center need economic support.
Our center needs economic support for participation in external events.
Our center needs economic support for inviting important Turkologists and organizing events.

Opportunities

We are in close communication in cooperation with the Organization of Turkic States.
The recent transition to the Latin alphabet, which we have taken together with the Turkestan Republics, is of great importance.

Threats

Economic inefficiencies are seen as a threat.
Political balances in Central Asia pose significant threats.
